Centra’s mantra of “People Helping People” carries over from business to philanthropy. Each year, Centra donates hundreds of thousands of dollars to local organizations that work in the Communities Centra serves. Additionally, Team Members receive three days of family and community time each year, which they are encouraged to use for volunteer efforts within their own communities.
